Why one contractor
One Call for the Whole Project
A lot of projects cross trades — a new roof and siding, a patio with a pergola, floors plus trim carpentry. When one contractor handles all of it, the work gets sequenced properly and nobody's waiting on another company.
- Coordination: the trades are scheduled together, not separately.
- One point of contact: you talk to Big Mike, start to finish.
- One scope: the whole job is written up in one place.
